This involves developing long-term relationships with both our private and corporate clients that are open and honest with strong lines of communication, so there are no ‘nasty surprises’.
From the outset, we will discuss with our clients what level of service agreement needs to be implemented so that it sets out the requirements that are felt to be most appropriate. All our clients will regularly meet their dedicated account team at appropriate intervals to discuss and review service delivery.
